Gemini – For useful reasons this Christmas, you’ll be nurturing your image. That means the way you look as well as the way you project your name and reputation. Leo – The square from Saturn to Jupiter picks up relationships which involve sales, purchases, business transactions, rentals and other financial complications which will characterise this Christmas for you. Virgo – Well, it’s Christmas but it’s also Mercury Retrograde, so the family circle may see rescheduling, or the house, apartment or holiday home may need a Plan B. Your household may be in flux or even your hometown and homeland. The reason for this is your ruling planet Mercury backtracking in the chart zone that rules your people and your place. A parent-child relationship in your family circle now is picked up by Mercury, so the conversation may be replayed and changed later in January. It doesn’t matter who’s playing the parent or who’s playing the child (you may be mothering your own grandmother), but what is important is the need for a Plan B and C. When it comes to the house, the flat, or your flatmates (or live-in partners), the issue of a stop-start and stuck narrative is the same.

Capricorn – Tis the season to realise that Uranus in Taurus in your Fifth House is about being free. Aquarius – Christmas brings Mars in Leo – your opposite sign. Your opposite number in life or anyone who is at odds with you is in focus. This is classically your husband, but can also be your new girlfriend’s ex. Your relationship with your partner, potential date or former partner will trigger a classic Mars dynamic now. By that, I mean, there will be quite a lot of pushing and rushing on one end of the scales. For some Aquarians, there will even be legal issues.
Mars is going backwards until early January at first, then returns for a replay in April-June 2025. Choose your battles carefully if you find them, as this will go on…and on. If you are single, this transit can produce a great need for action and speed at the expense of deeper feelings and sometimes calm. Pisces – Well, here you are in the thick of financial and property transits which can only come along every 18-19 years.
