What's your refund policy?

We have a simple refund policy. We don’t refund for change of mind, but if there is any problem with our service that we can’t rectify we will happily refund your money and offer a sincere apology. If you want to trial our service, choose the $7 monthly plan which provides one-month’s full access to all our member content.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes all premium membership plans automatically renew on the renewal date. We will send you a reminder email two days prior to renewal to remind you. If you do not wish your membership to renew please cancel your membership before the renewal date.

How quickly can I access premium content?

After successful payment you should receive an email containing your login details. This will normally be in your inbox within 5 minutes. If not, please check your SPAM folder and then contact support by pressing the Support button.

How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan by going to My Account > My Subscriptions. View your active plan and click Upgrade or Downgrade. Your plan will be adjusted and pro-rated so you do not lose any of your membership.

How am I billed?

Your membership fees will be charged in US Dollars to your nominated credit card. Your payment is securely processed by our third-party payments processor – Stripe. If your credit card is in a currency other than US Dollars, your card provider will charged the foreign currency equivalent at their prevailing rates.

How can I pay for my membership?

Membership payments are accept payment by credit card through one of our payment providers (Stripe or Paypal). Payment must be completed by choosing a plan and completing the secure checkout on this website – please do not attempt to send us a direct payment through PayPal as it will not reconcile to your account. We do not accept payments by cash or cheque.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by cancelling your current subscription. You can view your subscription by going to My Account > My Subscriptions. Click Cancel Membership next to your active subscription to cancel your membership. Cancellations are effective from the next renewal date.

I was previously a member, how do I renew?

If you have previously been a member of our site, choose a membership plan that’s right for you, then login during the checkout process. This will link your membership to your existing account. Please be aware that your account details will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

I'm not sure if I'll like it, what should I do?

It you want to trial our site then purchase a $7/month trial. You can access all the premium member content on this site for a full month. If you don’t like it, cancel before the end of the month and you’ve only spent $7. We don’t refund for change of mind, so don’t choose a longer plan.
