Decisive people and organisations resolve to take action and their minds are made up. That kind of inner commitment usually wins in the end. If there is enough strength and persistence to follow through on that ‘Can do’ mindset then goals can be met. You can’t win the war without one of those moments when the leader asks, ‘Are we resolved in this?’ to the sound of a chorus of agreements. With a strategy, resources and someone or something to guide, this firm state of mind is the key to hitting the targets. Nobody ever won anything by being unsure. People who are resolute can be impressive; even intimidating. Nothing and nobody makes them waver. That attitude is at the heart of so much success in the world. Steady focus, set jaw. Proceed.
