1. Dear Jessica, I see that I have both Chiron as well as Aesculapia in Pisces and Saturn in Aries. Could you please look at my chart and tell me what this signifies? Does having these asteroids in Pisces have something to do with the supernatural?

   1. Thank you. Pisces rules the Twelfth House of mediumship, the aura, chakras, crystals and yes – very much the supernatural. Having Chiron and Aesculapia there suggests you could be a born spiritual healer or Reiki healer. The invisible world is Pisces’ realm. If so, it would have been evident by now as you have Neptune in Pisces 2011-2025 and plenty of time to experience that kind of gift.

I am a well-established academic deeply contemplating a transition away from the institutional security and status of academia towards more creative, collective, grounded and field-based pathways and engagements beyond the university. These build on my long-term work as an anthropologist but also mark a departure for me in a way and I know one of the most important aspects will involve holding on to my reputation and networks but also finding new ways to think about and present myself and my work. The presence of two fascinating and I sense distinct and powerful asteroids, Ceres and Aesculapia in Aries in my natal chart seems important here and I would be most grateful for your insight on how I might think about and work with these presences and movements in my charts during this time of transition, including the work of reaffirming my reputation and building anew.    1. Thank you. Academia is the Ninth House and professional life is the Tenth House in astrology. Aries is really your title and any letters after your name – the First House. You are a Sun Sagittarian, sure enough, with a Sagittarius Ninth House stellium and Capricorn Tenth House stellium. You are hoping to go beyond the university into new areas. You may want to look at the Tarot and the oracle cards on my website, as over the next few years, Uranus in Gemini will be in opposition to your Ninth House (academia) factors in quite a slow sequence of challenge and change. So yes, of course you can try a new direction but it would be an obstacle course. That is why the cards may be so useful. Uranus goes into Gemini from July 2025 and remains in opposition to Sagittarius, past 2030. Your ambitious Capricorn side is pretty much left alone, but – specifically foreign academics, overseas students, foreign colleagues – seem likely to stretch you anyway, without any hugely dramatic moves on your part, so you may want to look at your options using your natural E.S.P. and the cards on my website.

   1. Thanks so much. Well, Chiron is about the attempt at healing. That is quite an audacious act – a heart transplant, for example. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, but it is always worth the attempt at repair or remedy. In Aries, in your First House of image, branding, soundbites, social media, media, reputation, title – you have quite a year ahead of you. It’s too early to call at the moment but from the end of March you will be offered an escape from reality, regarding this. It may be another face or name, for example, on a website. It might be another outlet, in terms of your image. Later on you realise there is also a test of patience involved. You may well decide it’s time to correct or improve some aspect of your appearance – which is personal to you.

   1. I’m very sorry you lost your job and some friends. Take a deep breath. Crisis happens to all of us. You are a Sun Leo, with a Leo, Sagittarius and Virgo stellium. The Virgo story is the one behind the job loss. The South Node of karma is in Virgo for the first time in 18-19 years so what just happened to you is really about your life in the work force, as a volunteer or student back then. Something needed closure or settlement from that time; now, you are required to repay on some level. Perhaps it’s time to work harder, or to volunteer, or to make good in other ways. Virgo is about service and duty. You are strongly Virgo and I am sure feel awful about your decision as you are essentially bound by your conscience and obligation to others. Never mind. You are in a change cycle with career until July, when it stops. By then you may be in a new role. Friends will be okay; you can make good with anyone you lost, by June. You will also make new friends. Watch late April to late May for new professional or hybrid study/unpaid work/work possibilities. It would be a radical departure from your old life and quite liberating for you.

   1. Thank you. I’m glad you liked the mythology behind the astrology. You are heavily Aries and are all about your packaging, presentation and labelling. Your portrait. You use this to achieve what you need and can coast on a reputation or really exploit a title or even a name. The forthcoming transit with Neptune in Aries is a holiday from reality. There is a reader on Substack who does not understand this. I am sure you do, but essentially Neptune rules the sea; yachting, cruising, surfing and swimming. Thus the holiday. It has ruled alternative worlds since its discovery, chiming with the advent of mediumship but also anaesthetic. The subconscious and the psychic are its realms. In Aries, in your sector of image, you can take a vacation from your usual self – your usual limitations in regard to your face, name, shape and so on. Very commonly people use a false name and play around with their photographs, for example.

   1. Thanks Emma. We will see global rejection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) once Uranus goes into Gemini. This begins in July and takes you past 2030. Uranus is always rejection and Gemini rules writing, screenplays, novels, the internet and so on. What you are likely to find, long-term, is new legislation or just a new wave of rejection within the industries ruled by Gemini. The last best example we have of what Uranus does, is Uranus in Taurus. ‘The rejection of currency.’ That gave us Bitcoin but also the NFT market. You are also seeing trade, ruled by Taurus, being rejected – Donald is rejecting business with Canada and China. You could certainly document what you are doing as part of history but the astrology is firm; literature and the business of writing and broadcasting is not where Artificial Intelligence will settle. This has not even started.

   For the second time, on this cycle, I’ve been hit by redundancy/job loss, meaning that this Pisces-Virgo plays again a role on this. Last time was easy to find a job nowadays not so sure. I am a Project Manager on IT. Both times was related to Foreign companies as I am living in Europe. I have a Sagittarius/Pisces Stellium and would like to understand if I should continue on my path or not. Seems like Uranus in Gemini may not help at all for some time. Thanks!

   1. I am very sorry you have lost your job again. Let’s have a look at your chart. You are a Sagittarian woman with Sagittarius and Pisces stelliums and of course you are living in Europe and dealing with foreign companies. That’s common with people who are heavily Sagittarian and ‘live’ in their Ninth House. You are quite right; Uranus in Gemini will be hard work if you are determined to travel, emigrate or deal with other nationalities. It will oppose your Sagittarius, Ninth House stellium for many years. The Pisces stellium has nothing to do with work; it is related to your religion, use of psychics, therapy, meditation, spirituality, Tarot and so on. The inner world. However, every time you engage with foreigners, you set up a square in your chart (what or whom you cannot square) which blocks what you are trying to do by yourself, spiritually, psychologically or psychically. It becomes more pointed when there are transits in the mutable signs – Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, Sagittarius. I hope this makes sense. You do have options, but it may be that sticking to your own country, language and so on is easier than trying to push the Ninth House of your chart.    I’m an Aries Sun 2deg, with other Aries factors in Mars 4deg, MC 14deg, and panacea 17deg. Chiron in 15deg Taurus, Neptune in 24deg Sagittarius and Saturn in 6deg Libra.

   I have been offered a huge hit in a professional opportunity from abroad which will significantly spike my income, and the landscape of my for better. The project is supposed to take over by June. There is also an international relationship which gives me a sense of contentment. Fingers crossed hoping everything will work out.

10. Hi Jessica,

    You’ve been talking about relaunches for Arieses for a long, long time. You’ve been right, as far as I can say, and it’s been for the better (sometimes great), but I’m exhausted. Does that sequence of relaunches ever end?
    The only thing I can confidently say about them is that I never would have guessed what was about to happen. I’m kind of scared of Neptune in Aries. I get really lost whenever it does its thing. Do you have any advices for dealing with Neptune influence? I find it easier to deal with Pluto. I usually fail to change myself enough, but at least I’ve always learned something. With Neptune I just get lost and I’m none the wiser when I finally figure out what happened.

    1. Thank you. The relaunches roll on. So it may be a leather jacket or eye surgery. It may be a new girlfriend who takes over your appearance (no more bald patches; you shave your head) and so on. Neptune in Aries is also an escape from the real world so there may be role-playing; a fake identity on social media; a different title. No need to feel exhausted. Neptune is a holiday from reality. A vacation from normality. So just surf with it but remember where the shore is.

    1. Thank you Adari. A bigger and more important cycle than Chiron in Aries, is Pluto in Aquarius. It lasts 20 years and is about power, pure and simple. Aquarius is an ancient astrological symbol for diversity and community, so power sharing between men and women, all races, all classes. We last saw this cycle when women began to rise in Russia, for example. It always begins with a rejection of minority male leadership – usually white – and we are a few months in. The rise of European power (Europe + as Starmer calls it) together with Canada, with women front and centre, is all you need to know. Donald has a boys’ club and it fails on this transit.

    1. Thank you. I have 17,795 questions today and the answer is, I don’t always answer comments every day and I only attend to one screen at a time. I occasionally see a troll, who is put in the bin, but the vast majority of readers here are terrific people whose questions I reply to, when I can. I’ve not seen your comment at all and it may be several dozen screens behind. Looking at your chart, you are a Sun Virgo with a Cancer stellium who will thoroughly enjoy June 2025 to June 2026 when you successfully renovate your house, garden or apartment – move to a bigger and better home – see long overdue improvements with the family, the household, your home town and homeland. Jupiter in Cancer will form a chain of transiting conjunctions to your Cancer factors in the Fourth House of sanctuary, belonging, ancestors and a sense of place.

    1. Thank you. You have a large Virgo stellium in the Sixth House, so start there. You express yourself through work, housework, unpaid work and study. You also channel your feelings through your mental and physical health. Strongly Virgo women are highly responsible, attend to service and duty with great care, need their routines and rituals, perfect the small details in order to deliver, frequently put others first (even the dog who needs walking or the cat who needs feeding) and are great employees. You currently have the South Node transiting Virgo for the first time in 18-19 years in 2025, 2026 so will be really conscious of your Virgo side. A golden rule with this stellium is to understand that any mental or physical health issue which lessens the workload or stops it altogether, has its basis in how you honestly, perhaps unconsciously, feel about your tasks in life and your schedules.

14. I love rereading your old articles, I often pick up things I didn’t the first time, or see something that is relevant now that wasn’t when I originally read it. I recently reread another Aries article and can’t stop thinking about what you mentioned here (https://www.jessicaadams.com/2024/06/01/blog/neptune-and-saturn-in-aries-2025-2026/) – about how people with an Aries stellium can block themselves if they have a Libra, Capricorn or Cancer stellium. I have an Aries and Cancer stellium and have lived most of my life feeling like I have SO much energy and nowhere to put it and often feeling like there is some invisible wall blocking me that I just can’t seem to overcome. However at 38 I stumbled across crossfit, and through that olympic lifting and I had THE best ten years of sports where I finally felt like my true self physically and mentally. In the last couple of years I have suffered a problem with my knee that limits how much I can do, and also poor mental health so have struggled to leave my house. I really hope I can find a place and the confidence to get out and find a new gym or crossfit community like the ones I’ve had in the past, it was just SO brilliant I felt like me, but when I read those sections again it made so much sense. I love how your articles help me make sense of the world.

    1. Thank you. Crossfit and also the gym are good outlets for Aries stellium women. Resistance training or even resistance yoga is ideal if you also have cardinal placements which oppose or square your Aries factors, as they provide a channel for the inner obstruction; it has somewhere to go, physically. Boxing your trainer in the park is another one. If you go back to childhood you often find the source of the internal resistance to being an Aries type. Little girls in particular are not allowed to fight, or be angry, in some households. The first Mars Return at the terrible twos is a good example (Mars rules Aries) and that is often when one is told to be quiet, or given a serious talking-to if there is (say) sibling rivalry. Cancer rules the family and it is square your Aries side so it is very likely a family member did not want you to ‘do’ your Aries at all. Playing with dolls and building a Wendy House was fine, but ganging up on the boys was not. Aries, ruled by Mars and in charge of the First House, nevertheless needs something to contain it and fitness, sport, yoga are ideal.

    1. I am sorry your husband had a heart attack in November. From June, the whole family circle benefits you, so this moves beyond the two of you. From June 2025 until June 2026 you gain from other relatives or perhaps household members, who open big new doors to solutions and opportunities which involve the entire family tree. You may also gain from a particular house, apartment or block of land from that point.

    Thank you for another interesting article. It’s great to know more about astro bodies other than our major solar system planets. Chiron, especially, as I have found an (unorthodox) teacher since January. Not only is he helping to heal my previously badly damaged aura and disbalanced chakras, I’m also learning a lot about the very nature of existence and the universe from him.

    I’m also keen to continue learning through my continued graduate and post-graduate studies. That’s what my question is about.

    Given my Sagittarius, Capricorn and Libra stelliums (the last of which is opposed by Aries) – as well as three placements in Gemini (including my natal Chiron) – what can I expect with regards to my current and future studies (current MBA, to be followed by an LLB and LLM in Business Law)?

19. Dear Jessica. Your blogs and podcasts are always insightful and I look forward to reading and attempting to understand and follow your suggestions. Challenges has been hitting time and again making each time I write to you a soap opera moment. Mum passed 19 Dec but at a wonderful age, so God rests her soul. I fell on Feb 10 and 13, where I landed in hospital on the second fall during a routine morning walk with a beloved Goldie pup adopted in November 2024. I suffered a distal wrist fracture and doctor is recommending surgery on it. I am seeing him on Feb 14 – eclipse!! The regular doctor who was going to see me on Mar 5 cancelled unexpectedly and now I have been rescheduled to see another surgeon on Feb 14. I am jittery and reading Chiron as the “wounded healer”, I wonder what all this means. To add salt to the wound while I am out on hospitalisation leave, a trusted and invaluable colleague tended resignation on March 6 and business cashflow has hit bottom too! I look forward to your advice what this first quarter has just suddenly created these 6 weeks. Thank you Jessica always for your time and looking forward to your advice.

    1. Thank you. I am glad your mother had a good innings – she went into bat in the game of life for longer than many people. You have been dealing with doctors and surgeons, but also work colleagues. This all sounds like Virgo/Sixth House cycles to me, and when I look at your chart I see you are an Aries, going through the South Node in Virgo in your Sixth House (for the first time in 18-19 years). This will take time. Don’t worry too much about Chiron. The real story is the transiting South Node in the Sixth House of daily routine, lifestyle, workload, the medical profession, healing and wellbeing. You have to listen to your wrist, which you need for the computer and the telephone – but also listen to your colleague who has gone. When things stop in your life, temporarily (you will have the full use of your wrist back eventually) or permanently (you have lost a staff member) you also have to call a halt and go within. Slowing down is necessary because you will find life takes you round and round for a while. The South Node is on a loop or circuit so 2025, 2026 will ask you to deal with what/who is there and do some soul-searching about the best way to respond. How can you react and respond in a way that makes you feel happiest and most comfortable? Then it’s over, in a couple of years. The workload and wellbeing episode you are going through will finish and in fact, you can get on with the rest of your life (and your lifestyle) in a completely new way.

Your suggestion to slow down is what I shall do, to give me time to heal physically and mentally.     1. Thank you. An Aries stellium is about self-promotion, total focus on physical appearance, reputation and profile. Healing has nothing to do with that, unless you use your face and body to sell your business (for example, because you cured your own cancer, or you mastered your own weight loss). You also need a job and money. You have Aquarius, Aries and Gemini stelliums as well as being an Aries, so are suited to the internet, groups and self-promotion. You have a lifetime pattern of being integral to particular clubs, teams, networks, communities and circles. You may never be immersed in them, or fully part of them, but you supply them. You are also a natural for the worldwide web and the media, the world of words, ideas and images – communication in all its forms. When you say ‘a healing business for leaders’ do you mean you are sorting out their mental health and physical health, or is this something else? Your chart does not point to medicine or psychology. It points to web and media, primarily, and to the world of A.I. as well as mobile phone technology, headphones and microphones. The Aries-Aquarius-Gemini combination is extremely common with women who are upfront and on the front lines of any business (presentation, packaging, profile) maintaining web connection for the wider group.

22. Venus retrograde in Aries is currently doing a number on this Libra. Any progress I thought I had made since the Nodes finally switched is stalled or gone backwards. And then along will come Saturn and Neptune (and not sure what Pluto is doing). I’m doing my best not to let spirits flag, but it feels a bit doom and gloom at the moment. Any suggestions are appreciated!

    1. Aries rules your Seventh House of duets and duels, if you are a Sun Libra woman. The North Node of karma left this zone in January 2025 so the circuit, loop and repetition with him, her or them has gone. In its place you currently have a complicated situation going backwards (Venus Retrograde in Aries) which ends on 16th May, together with the beginning of the Saturn and Neptune in Aries cycles. So this is a real gear change for any Libran who is married, separating, divorcing, dating (sexual duets being the usual focus of the Seventh House). Less commonly it is about professional partnerships or platonic duets. The Seventh House is also about enemies, rivals and opponents – classically your boyfriend’s former wife, or any triangular situation. So rather than spend March, April, May trying to assume or guess, judge or act – as if things were fully known – you may want to take mental notes – then wait until Venus is back to normal motion from 16th May, and Saturn has gone into Aries from 31st May. In other words – June. By then you will be in the brand new, double Saturn and Neptune cycle with your other half, or the other side. This will be involve a holiday from reality and a vacation from normality, which is Neptune. It will involve tremendous escapism, almost to the point where this duet or duet becomes another world. 23. Asking whats the main story about the specific situation right now, I got Hermit, Managing Overload (Garden), Earth and South Node/ 5th. He is overworked and has pretty much withdrawn for any plans or interactions, which is also a pattern with others from the past, so spot on. Not sure what Earth is about though. Asking about relationships in general I got Queen of Pentacles (very me), Cupid/2nd and Stepping. I find the cards for current topics spot on but if I try to pull for advice I’m unable to get a clear answer, as emotions seem to muddle the waters.

    1. I am glad your card reading was spot on. If you find your emotions muddy the waters, take a break and come back another day. The Hermit cannot be alone forever. See the snow on the ground? This is seasonal. If this is the Northern Hemisphere, then this is about winter turning to spring. Eventually the solitude stops, the spiritual answers are found and there is no need to keep going on, as you were. The Queen of Pentacles in relationships is a woman with money, and a lovely environment she can pay to maintain, but the rabbit in the corner tells you – sex can’t be ignored. And it really is just sex.

    I’m starting to get a little worried about the upcoming Neptune in Aries and Saturn in Aries cycles combined with the eclipse. The months ahead appear uncertain work wise for the company I work for and I’m now a bit worried what this will mean financially with these transits ahead. I asked the tarot what Saturn in Aries meant for the rest of the year and drew the strength card. I’m a bit worried that means challenges ahead.

    1. Saturn in Aries is about your shape, body, appearance, style, face. Strength is the right Tarot card to draw as a sustained period of help or healing with your image, physical self, profile – is on the way. Work has nothing to do with the Aries transits, nor does money. With your Scorpio stellium in the Eighth House of banking and property, you are slowly coming out of the most unpredictable cycle of your life, which ends on July 7.
