New Astrology Videos Every Month

New Moon in Cancer – July 2024
This is the most important New Moon of the year, if you are planning ahead with your house, apartment, garden, land or other residence.
The more factors you have in Cancer in your Fourth House of property, the more you stand to gain when Jupiter goes into Cancer from June 9th 2025 until June 30th 2026.
If it’s actually your birthday around now (you are a Sun Cancer person) then it’s also a relaunch for your image and profile too.
That’s because this New Moon is going into your First House of appearances and reputation.
Whatever your sign is, this is a very good green light New Moon. In this feature I will look at your solar and natal chart. (Ecard: Justin Tabari).
Renovating or Emigrating
If you do have Cancer factors, you might put your home on the market on this New Moon. You might apply to emigrate. You may begin membership of a home exchange website.
You might start the ball rolling with the garden, planting trees you want to see grow tall by 2026. You might advertise for a tenant or hire a management company for your AirBnB.
Jupiter is about what is best and greatest in life. The New Moon is foreshadowing Jupiter. When Jupiter goes into Cancer, the sign of home, home town, homeland, household and family, big things are possible.

The New Moon and Your Sun Sign
Use this New Moon to start new long-term plans that you want to reward you from June 9th 2025 until June 30th 2026. If you are a Capricorn woman and want to leave your marriage, for example, you would set wheels in motion on the New Moon, with a view to an amicable split (or even successful counselling) after June 9th 2025.
If you are a Pisces man and want your son to be accepted by the best school for him, you would begin the process on this New Moon.

The New Moon By Your Time Zone
The New Moon is exact at 11.57pm at the end of Friday 5th July in London. It falls in the Second Decan of Cancer.
How about your nearest time zone?
As you can see, this is Friday 5th and Saturday 6th July around the world. Allowing for sleep cycles and work cycles, it’s a Friday-Saturday New Moon.
There are logical reasons for this fresh start, as well as astrological reasons. In London, for example, there will be a new Labour government with Nigel Farage and his Reform party taking votes from the Conservative party. The country votes on Thursday 4th July and this New Moon in Cancer is about housing and immigration (housing shortages).
In the United States this is obviously a day of great patriotism and you can bet both the Democrats and Republicans will make big announcements. So – the astrology just happens to chime with the calendar.

Do You Have Factors at 14 Degrees?
Check your natal chart if you are a Premium Member. If you do have anything at 14 degrees, then by sign and house, this is where you can expect a green light. Other people will move, reshuffle the shared household, renovate or even emigrate on July 5th and 6th. Governments and councils will announce major policy changes on mortgage interest rates, new home construction, immigration and other Cancer-ruled matters.
This starts a chain-reaction of changes. In fact it will pull in groups, clubs, bands, trade unions, political parties, social media, societies, charities and associations. Those heading in a new direction there will also affect you. This New Moon triggers Ops in Aquarius.
We are also going to see changes in politics, in big business, in the professions, in High Society. This New Moon triggers Ceres in Capricorn. Again, this will hit you.
The domino effect in so many areas of life, right around the world, will be a motivator, incentive and unusual trigger in your own chart. The ‘what’ of the story will be shown by whatever you have at 14 degrees.
Do You Have a Cancer Stellium?
You’ll see changes with council or government policy announced on or close to the New Moon on Friday 5th July.
This will help you with really big ambitions for your home, home town, homeland, household and family in 2025 and 2026. Watch the news because it will directly affect you.

This was so interesting! what does having Aesculapia at 14 degrees in virgo signify? I also have a cancer stellium. my father came to me yesterday to give me a will as he discovered a brain tumour and it is inoperable, he is 70 years old and it’s too high risk. he came to me yesterday to bring me the will which included family real estate, and now my mind is blown with the emphasis on property with the cancer new moon.
I am very sorry your father has a brain tumour. The New Moon in Cancer is sextile your Aesculapia in Virgo in the Sixth House of jobs, unpaid work, housework, your own health and fitness, duty, service, daily routine and lifestyle. Aesculapia describes your ability to revive, resurrect and renew – even when you might consider something or someone over. In fact, you are about to use this with your father, as of course you will be there to help and give him as much support as you can. The symbol for this asteroid in your chart is the snake wrapped around a staff; the Rod of Aesculapia. You see it commonly in medicine.

I was so happy to wake up and find so much reading material this morning!! I do have Chiron at 14 Pisces. I am starting a position teaching online a TOEFL test course once a week on that new moon. I wasn’t really thinking it was much of a big deal. I have taught Cambridge test classes in the past so was asked to do this recently and I haven’t taught this one before. Again, it’s only once a week and not a dream job for me. My husband has numerous factors at 13 and 15 but no 14. (08/22/73). His career is the one that affects us the most. He is creating a new business with some people that could actually become a big deal. He is the one that knows all of the operations (and is quite good at it) showing the way to some novices who provide the financial aspect. They are in the stages of the soft opening around the 12th with an investors cocktail party coming up soon. It appears to be a good opportunity but who knows. We both have cancer stelliums. We don’t own any property at this time but ultimately I would
love to be in a position to get a house again one day. Can you take a look and see and let me know what your thoughts are about what is possibly in store for us during this cycle? Thank you so much!
The New Moon trine to Chiron in Pisces is not about your teaching job; that’s down to your Virgo stellium (which has a reputation for education) being triggered by the Cancer weather now. Your husband has a soft launch for his business coming up; it depends what the business is. If about Cancerian matters (real estate, renovations, families, home town, homeland) then his timing is immaculate; Cancer season is about the emotional pull towards this.

Thanks so much for the great articles Jessica. I am so enjoying developing my understanding of astrology. Intrigued by the fact that I have my sun at 14 Sagittarius. Also find it mind blowing that property is the area affected by the new moon for Sagittarius as recently I started to put a plan together to realise my property dreams. For years I’d tried to maintain focus and motivation but just kept failing but something seems to have clicked within me to make me quite single minded.
You are one of those people who intuitively follows the right astrological transits without even knowing it. You have the North Node at 4 Cancer so your home town and homeland are at the heart of karma going back hundreds of years. Your past lives are linked to the place you were born and the place you call your home on the map. When Jupiter goes to 4 Cancer next year, you will have a rare and terrific opportunity to establish yourself in the right place, at the right time. I’m not sure if my last question posted or not because I wasn’t logged in. I’m a cancer sun with a cancer, Taurus, and Scorpio stellium and have been living away from my hometown and family for 4 years. I have a 6 year old son that I’m raising alone and between needing help with him, nursing not paying well in my current state and missing my community, I am heavily contemplating renting my house out and moving back home to NYC. I came here June 30th for my birthday and have decided to stay the week as I ponder my decision.
I’ve also been wanting to launch a podcast, Substack or YouTube regarding finding and developing yourself spiritually as a single mother. I’m debating when or if this is the proper time. I’m in a masters degree program as well that should be complete in beginning fall of 2025. I feel like I have a lot of things in the air but no idea how they’re meant to land.

Thank you. There is lots going on. You are a single mother with a six-year-old boy, want to start a Substack about it (which can include your video and podcast) and thinking about moving back to NYC. I will look at your solar chart first. You are a Sun Cancer woman so have karma with your son and his father to complete, which ends in January 2025. You are owed, or you owe, from 18-19 years ago and have probably recognised the theme. This is also the same in terms of New York and the state you live in. This is karma and it’s like dealing with backwards currents taking you all the way to where you began, spiritually, 18-19 years before. You can try to swim against the tide but until it turns next January there will be a karmic effect. In your natal chart you have Cancer, Taurus and Scorpio stelliums which is good to see, as in the second half of 2025 and first half of 2026 you have the terrific Jupiter in Cancer transit, picking up all three in the best possible way. Home, home town, homeland, house or apartment, family, household, money…it’s out there for you in terms of expansion, growth and overdue improvement. So that’s your timing. Have a look at the Divination cards to personalise this for yourself. As Jupiter is trine the Scorpio placements there, a sexual and financial relationship is also helped at that time.

Your career is shown by a huge Virgo stellium in your Sixth House of workload and the fact that you are a Sun Libra with Saturn and Neptune transiting in Pisces in your Sixth House of workload. Same song, played differently across two charts. The challenges won’t disappear as quickly as you hope but it does get better. What you will find is that you have weeks when the role is an escape from the real world – almost as if you were insulated in a bubble – then you have to deal with a completely different situation where there are all sorts of restrictions, barriers, gates and fences. You are extremely Virgoan and need to have a daily routine where you finesse the meticulous details of your tasks, skills, plans and scheduled work. A true impulse to serve and do your duty is there all your life. So, even though this is a notoriously tough transit, with both Saturn and Neptune in Pisces opposite Virgo in your natal chart, you are far more inclined to put your head down and keep going. The company is having a tough patch and this is reflected in what you are being asked to do. Becoming indispensable is a feature of heavily Virgo women.
